I’m Jessica, and I take care of the behind-the-scenes admin at First Class Services. From managing bookings and customer communications to supporting workshop coordination, I help keep everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the motor industry, Paul developed a deep understanding of vehicle performance, maintenance, and repair. His reputation for precision and care grew with each job, earning the trust of customers and colleagues alike.
In 2024, he turned that expertise into reality by launching First Class Services, a garage built on quality, honesty, and reliability.
While Paul has worked on all major car brands, his passion for Mazda vehicles inspired a new focus. Recognising a need for specialist care, he shaped First Class Services into a trusted destination for Mazda owners, combining technical mastery with a genuine love for the brand.
Today, First Class Services proudly provides expert Mazda servicing and repairs, helping customers keep their vehicles running at peak performance. Each car is treated with the same care and attention that Paul has dedicated his career to perfecting.
